DIRECTIONS
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Crumble and set aside.
In a large flat bowl, place the chopped lettuce and top with a layer of onion, peas, shredded cheese, cauliflower and bacon.

I make this one all the time for parties and stuff- real easy and very refreshing.
layer in large glass bowl:
one head chopped lettuce
chopped green peppers- about 2 large ones
one bag shredded carrots
chopped celery
chopped red onion- one med/large
one bag thawed frozen peas
shredded cheddar cheese
dressing- mix 2 cups miracle whip (or generic salad dressing) with about 1-2 tablespoons of sugar- spread onto cheese layer
then top with one pkg Real Bacon Pieces- or your own chopped cooked bacon
I layer chopped lettuce, frozen peas, crumbled cooked bacon, shredded cheese, hard boiled egg and then my dressing. I use a dressing that is made with mayo, vinegar and sugar ....but I know some that use only mayo on the top.
Layer Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, scallions, red onions, cucumbers, shredded carrots and diced yellow bell peppers in a clear class bowl.
I would not use bacon..many people have diet restrictions nowadays.
Is this it?
