Should i not use cream eye shadow?Grr! my top layer of eye liner keeps rubbing off on my eye shadow! Suggestions?
Get ALMAY eyeliner and it won't rub off. I always would have lines on my eylines from my eyeliner rubbing against it when I close my eyes, but then I got almay eyeliner and it doesn't make the marks at all.Grr! my top layer of eye liner keeps rubbing off on my eye shadow! Suggestions?
cream shadow tends to make the liner moist and easily transferrable. a regular powder shadow will help, maybe try different types of liner to see if they will stay put better.
Use liquid liner such as the maybeline brand and for added protection line black eye shadow over it.
i like 24 hour liner its a brand it only comes off with eye make-up remover
Try using a gel eye liner. Loreal has come really nice gel eyeliners. MAC, Bobbi Brown does too.
