I want my pictures in one window as layers to I can align them by adjusting the opacity. I was able to do it recently but for some reason this new set of bmp photos wont let me drag and drop.How can I take my pictures (in photoshop) and combine them on one canvas as layers?
Most likely the color isn't RGB, it's Index. Bitmaps can be RGB, but frequently aren't. You can't work with layers in Index color. So...
Open the file, go to the Image pulldown menu at the top --%26gt; Mode and set it to RGB.
