i have thick shoulder length hair. should i layer it? is long layers or short layers better for thick hair? should i get sideswept bangs?Should i layer my hair?

layered hair always looks cuter, especially if your doing something as easy as a ponytail. personally, i was scared to get the bangs but i'm in love with them! they look super cute. my hair is just like yours and i've got both the layers and the bangs and i guess it works. i've gotten lots of compliments on it. you'll look even cuter when its done
layering adds depth and shape to your hair. sideswept bangs are cute and better than just pulling your hair to across your face and pinning it.

Yes girl get the layer cut,it's my favorite style! Side sweep bangs are cute for the cooler months. Don't wanna have them on your forehead with those hot sticky weathers
I have thick black semi straight long hair and in the past have had it layered in both long and short layers, the short ones gave me a Rod Steward look, so the next time I opted for longer ones, the weight of the layers kept my hair a little more manageable, more of a tousled look.


The bangs I guess depends on your face shape, if you like them go for it.

layers are really nice, it gives your hair some body. If you have like really thick curly hair it probably wouldn't look so great .. if your hair is thick and straight or long and curly, it should look great!!
