The straightner can be bought at walmart or walgreens

All Straightners burn your hair though even good, expensive ones.My hair is layered and very poofy, what kind of brush should i be using?
Some hair types, when layered can make the hair look poofy. You should use a good product to smooth it down. Try using Paul Mitchell's Super Skinny Relaxing Balm.
a good product to help take out the poof and frizz is Super Skinny Serum by Paul Mitchell...i use it almost everyday..i love it...=)
i dont know what you mean by poofy but if you get a salon approved heat defence spray your hair shouldn't burn
