Is there any difference between ip and network layer?

In the OSI model, IP addresses are part of the network layer. It is the addressing scheme of the network layer, just like MAC addresses are for the data link layer.Is there any difference between ip and network layer?
ip address is unique to your your wirelessIs there any difference between ip and network layer?
The IP (or Internet Protocol) runs off the network layer. Without a network layer, an IP wouldn't exsist. The Network Layer is different then an IP
